Rates:
• Normal rate is $3.25 per foot with a 35-foot minimum. They have offered us $2.75 per foot with a minimum of 10 boats and NO minimum length. [As long as we have at least 10 boats during any portion of the weekend, we get the reduced rate. If we have less than 10, the $3.25 rate will apply but there will still be no minimum length.] Electric is included in that rate. WI-FI is complimentary. They do charge a $5.00 per day resort fee.
• Please provide the following information to Chip Millen @ whec41@aol.com by September 10th : name, boat name, make/model (if different than the CFCC roster), length, beam, port or starboard tie preference, day of arrival and day of departure.

Friday night:
• Docktails: time TBD. Unwind with your favorite beverage as you socialize. If you’d like to bring an hors d’oeuvre to share, you are welcome to.
• Dinner: on your own. For those that would like to do something out of the ordinary, the resort is offering “Firepit Friday” from 5:00-7:30 p.m. This is held gulf-side at the main resort via shuttle service. While the cost is a bit pricey at $35 per adult and $12.95 per child, it includes an all-you-can-eat & drink buffet of hamburgers, hotdogs, fish, salads, side dishes, dessert, beer, wine, soft drinks, plus entertainment. If you’d like to sign up for this, please e-mail Bob/Anita Millen @ Skeetz73@aol.com and they’ll make the reservation.

Saturday:

• Multiple options for a morning/afternoon excursion are being discussed; details will follow later.
• St. Armand’s Circle is a short shuttle ride and offers shopping & restaurants. There is also a “Jagfest” classic jaguar show from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. in St. Armand’s Circle Park.
• While not advertised, golf is available for those interested. Cost is $60 per person + the cart fee. If you’d like to play, please contact Gary & Nancy Schack at kelgarie@aol.com and they will coordinate.
• Dinner: time TBD. Grilled bratwurst with onions, peppers and sauerkraut will be served. Please bring your favorite side dish to share. Please let us know how many will be in your party so we have plenty for all.
• We hope to engage everyone in playing “bunko”. No special skill needed…if you can roll dice, you can play!

Sunday:
• Depart at your leisure, check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

The resort is sponsoring this event again on October 1st. E-mail Bob/Anita Millen @ Skeetz73@aol.com and they’ll make the reservations.
