We would like to invite you to cruise to a new location for the club. We will be spending May 14-16 at the Hutchinson Island Marriott Beach Resort near Stuart, FL. The address is 555 N. E. Ocean Blvd, Stuart, FL, 34996. The resort has a great pool area, and they provide shuttle service to the beach or into downtown Stuart for shopping, etc. We can also venture into the Okeechobee Waterway and stop for lunch in Stuart.
The best rate they have is: Seven Day Advance notice: $140/night (Use code ADV).
AAA rate: $144/night includes breakfast.
The slip fee for the fixed docks is $1.75 per foot with no minimum. $8.00 for 30 Amp and $12.00 for 50 Amp.
There are many choices for ramps depending on how long you want to cruise on the Intracoastal vs. drive on the Interstate. We will provide a complete list later, but we have used Ballard Park in Melbourne which is 70 miles North of Hutchinson Island and Sandsprit Park and is 3 miles South of Hutchinson Island. We will be driving down Friday at about 1:00 PM. and will launch at Sandsprit Park, 3443 SE St. Lucie Blvd., Stuart, FL, which is 3 miles from the marina.
Directions: Take ramp onto Florida’s Turnpike
1. Take exit #133/STUART toward STUART/PALM CITY (Toll applies) – Go 0.71.1 mikm
2. Continue on SW MARTIN DOWNS BLVD (SR-714 E) – Go 2.84.5 mikm
3. Continue to follow SR-714 E – Go 1.52.4 mikm
4. Bear Right on SE MONTEREY RD EXT – go 0.40.6 mikm

The resort offers an 18-hole golf course with driving range and pro shop, 13 tennis courts, two outdoor splash pools, an outdoor lap pool, and two spa tubs. The fitness center has free weights, stair steppers, stationary bikes, and treadmills.
The main hotel building is a quarter-mile from the ocean, with complimentary shuttles provided. Beachfront water-sports equipment is available for rent, including personal watercraft, snorkels, kayaks, and boogie boards. Boating and fishing excursions (surcharge) are available from the 77-slip marina.
