Palm Island Fourth of July Weekend

If you are joining us for this weekend, please e-mail me at lindanny@bellsouth.net and let me know as soon as possible, as we have to confirm all of our reservations soon. In order for us to get our group rates of $1.90 foot including cable tv and water, we must send all the reservations in at one time. Please contact Danny Baldwin at 407-722-1911 to complete the registration process. We get a $3.00 per person round-trip passage on the water taxi to the Rum Bay Restaurant on the island.

Let us know if you plan to arrive on Thursday evening or Friday. For those arriving Thursday evening, we can take the ferry over and enjoy dinner and sunset on the island. Friday night we will have a “docktail party” beginning around 4:30-5:00 pm., followed by dinner at “Johnny Leverock’s Seafood House”. We are not making group reservations so dinner will be for those who wish to go.

Saturday afternoon at 4:00 pm we will be having our traditional “All American Cookout” at poolside with hot dogs, hamburgers and ice cream. Please plan to bring a side dish to go along with the All-American theme (beans, coleslaw, potato salad, watermelon, apple pie, etc.)

Saturday evening we will be loading up a few of our larger boats and heading out for a raft party on the Intercoastal to watch all the fireworks. This was a great success last year, and we know you will enjoy it again.
