DIRECTIONS – LAND: On I-75, take exit 274 for I-275 toward Airport/Tampa/St. Petersburg.   Go 38.6 miles to exit 22, take ramp left for I-175 East toward Tropicana Field.   Go 1.1 miles, take ramp for 5th Ave S.   Go 0.3 miles, turn right onto US-92 North/3rd St. S.   Ggo 0.1 mile and keep straight onto 3rd St. S for 0.4 miles.
DIRECTIONS – WATER: From North: Pass right of G “3”.   Pass left of R “4” and R “6”.   At R “6”, turn to starboard (due West) and continue in channel (marina is at end of channel).  From South:  Proceed between G “11” and R “12” (narrow channel).   Turn 90 degrees to port (heading due West) just before G “S”.   Pass between G “5”, R “6” and continue in channel (marina is at end of channel).
