DIRECTIONS – LAND: By I-4: Follow I-4 West to I-75. Take I-75 South for about 105 miles. Take Exit 158, and go West on Tucker Blvd (FL-762) for about 1 mile. Turn Left onto Tamiami Trail (FL-4/US-41), and take Tamiami Trail for 13.5 miles. Turn right onto Pine Island Rd (FL-78) and stay on Pine Island for about 6 miles. Turn left onto Skyline, and stay on Skyline for about 5.5 miles. Turn right onto Cape Coral Parkway. Go about 1 mile and turn left onto Chiquita Blvd. Chiquita will take you to the Marina Boathouse at 5828 S. Chiquita Blvd.
DIRECTIONS – WATER: The marina is located in a sheltered harbor at the mouth of the Caloosahatchee River, off ICW Marker #92 (at the inland end of the “Miserable Mile”).

COMMENTS: Must enter through a Lock. Marina is part of a large time share community that has a couple of restaurants, shops, and coffee shop. There is not much outside of the resort. Ships’store, with bait and parts on site. Ample parking for cars on site. Other amenities include tennis courts & washer & dryer.
